Use of FreshFlyer

FreshFlyer is a free, ad-supported informational website that aggregates publicly available weekly grocery ad data from regional and independent supermarket chains. By accessing the site you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accuracy of pricing and availability

Every price displayed on FreshFlyer is the price the listed retailer is publicly advertising for the current weekly ad cycle. We refresh the data daily but cannot guarantee that any specific in-store price will exactly match what's displayed here — final prices and availability are at the discretion of the retailer and may vary by store location, by membership tier, and by stock level. FreshFlyer is not a party to any sale and is not responsible for in-store experience, stock availability, or any difference between displayed prices and final prices charged by the retailer.

Trademarks and brands

All retailer names, logos, brand marks, and product names referenced on FreshFlyer are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for purposes of editorial reference and consumer information. FreshFlyer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the retailers listed.

Advertising and partner links

FreshFlyer is funded by display advertising and affiliate referral relationships. Some links on the site, particularly to free loyalty card signups and meal-planning service trials, may compensate FreshFlyer if you sign up after clicking. We disclose these relationships and never charge you a higher price as a result of using a partner link.

Acceptable use

You may use FreshFlyer freely for personal grocery shopping research. You may not scrape the site at high volume, attempt to overwhelm our servers, attempt to circumvent our security measures, or use the site to mass-mail or spam other users. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
